    About the Role

    Own scheduling, invoicing, and daily operations.
    Not a receptionist role — this is an ownership role.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate scheduling and dispatch
    • Send invoices within 24–48 hours
    • Follow up on unpaid invoices
    • Handle customer calls and scheduling
    • Maintain Jobber system accuracy
    • Order materials and support operations
    • Marketing calls
    • Role reports directly to the owner
    • Various other office manager responsibilities
    • Light office cleaning
    • Reliable transportation

    Requirements

    • 3+ years office/operations experience
    • Trades/service experience preferred
    • CRM experience (Jobber, etc.)
    • Strong communication and organization
    • Organize and prioritize daily, weekly and active lists
    • Self starter, quick learner and self sufficient
    • Must be willing and able to learn new skills and technology. Must be able to learn on your own.
