About the Role
Own scheduling, invoicing, and daily operations.
Not a receptionist role — this is an ownership role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch
- Send invoices within 24–48 hours
- Follow up on unpaid invoices
- Handle customer calls and scheduling
- Maintain Jobber system accuracy
- Order materials and support operations
- Marketing calls
- Role reports directly to the owner
- Various other office manager responsibilities
- Light office cleaning
- Reliable transportation
Requirements
- 3+ years office/operations experience
- Trades/service experience preferred
- CRM experience (Jobber, etc.)
- Strong communication and organization
- Organize and prioritize daily, weekly and active lists
- Self starter, quick learner and self sufficient
- Must be willing and able to learn new skills and technology. Must be able to learn on your own.
