Trunk-A-Treat & Food Drive

Dear Clayton County Chamber Team,

As a proud member of the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce, Family Bridge, Inc. values the opportunity to collaborate with fellow Chamber members in serving our community.

We would like to invite the Clayton County Chamber staff and its members to participate in our annual Trunk-A-Treat & Food Drive, which will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026. This family-friendly event brings together local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations for an afternoon of fun while collecting food donations to support families experiencing food insecurity.

There are several ways your team can get involved:

• Decorate a vehicle and participate as a Trunk-A-Treat vendor.
• Volunteer during the event by helping with setup, registration, games, or food collection.
• Conduct a food drive within your organization and bring the donations to the event.
• Donate candy, nonperishable food items, or other event supplies.
• Sponsor the event or encourage Chamber members to participate.

Your participation will not only help create a memorable experience for local children and families but will also directly support the Family Bridge, Inc. Food Pantry and our Grains for Good and Pour It Forward initiatives.

We would be honored to have the Clayton County Chamber represented at this event and look forward to partnering with you to make a positive impact in our community.
