Valencia Williamson

Email: vwilliamson@claytonchamber.orgValencia Williamson is the President & CEO of Clayton County Chamber of Commerce where she oversees all aspects of the organization. Prior to her current role, Williamson served as Executive Vice President of the Area Development Partnership (ADP) in Hattiesburg, Mississippi where she led the organization’s Chamber of Commerce Division for ten years. Before joining the ADP in 2010, Williamson served as Vice President at Walton Area Chamber of Commerce in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
A graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, Williamson has served more than 20 years as a Chamber of Commerce professional and she retains an extensive background in organization management, membership development, program implementation, and strategic partnerships. Williamson has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and has completed the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management. Williamson serves on the board of directors for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA), and the City of College Park Board of Ethics.
Williamson is an avid tennis enthusiast, and she spends much of her downtime playing with her two pups Jaxon and Roxy, and hanging out with family & friends who affectionately refer to her as "V."

Email: rbaxter@claytonchamber.orgAs an accomplished higher education leader with over 15 years of experience in academic administration, student affairs, student engagement, and educational policy, Dr. Royal Baxter’s work is driven by the mission to create opportunities in education for one to not only survive but to thrive. Dr. Baxter holds a Doctor of Education with a concentration in educational leadership from Georgia Southern University and has a strong track record of implementing strategic initiatives that enhance student success and promote academic excellence. A passionate advocate for education and community engagement, Dr. Baxter actively collaborates with education leaders, community leaders, corporate industry leaders, and the business community to create impactful educational experiences. Dr. Baxter is committed to mentorship and community service, believing in the transformative power of education to change lives.
Dr. Baxter is a native of Savannah, Georgia and has resided in Clayton County for 20 years. She is a devoted wife and mother and an active member of her daughter’s PTSA serving as the Vice-President of the chapter. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she serves on the Collegiate Transition Committee for the Atlanta Suburban Alumnae Chapter. Dr. Baxter is an avid sports fanatic always rooting for the home teams, especially her beloved Atlanta Falcons!

Email: monica@claytonchamber.orgMonica White serves as the Office & Operations Manager for the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce, where she oversees the daily operations of the Chamber office and supports organizational efficiency through strong administrative coordination and member engagement.With more than 20 years of customer service and public-facing experience, Monica brings a strong background in community engagement, organizational support, and relationship management. In her role, she works closely with Chamber members, community stakeholders, and business leaders while helping ensure a welcoming and professional experience for those engaging with the organization. Monica is passionate about serving others and takes pride in supporting the Chamber’s mission of strengthening businesses and building meaningful community connections throughout Clayton County.Originally from Americus, Georgia, Monica has resided in Clayton County for the past 14 years. She is the proud mother of three children, including a son who serves in the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant, and she is also a proud grandmother of five. In her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her new pup, Bella, working out, gardening, and cheering on her favorite Georgia sports teams — especially the Atlanta Falcons.

In this role, Scott focuses on new member engagement, ongoing member outreach and retention efforts, and connecting businesses with Chamber programs, resources, and opportunities.An Atlanta native, Scott brings more than 20 years of professional experience in corporate leadership, training, management, career development, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in training and professional development, helping individuals strengthen their interviewing, résumé writing, career-readiness, and professional skills. She is also an entrepreneur and owner of B’Mari Events & Art Studio in Jonesboro, where she has extensive experience managing and coordinating corporate and private events.Scott is also the founder of Tenacity Works, Inc., a nonprofit focused on cultivating and empowering young women through access to opportunities and resources.Scott is actively involved in the community and has served with the City of Jonesboro Design Review Commission, Main Street Program, Downtown Development Authority, and Sports and Entertainment Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, entertaining, traveling, art, and water excursions.
Angel Taylor

With more than 20 years of professional experience as a massage therapist, Angel’s work has long been centered around helping connect people to healing, restoration, and overall wellness while fostering authentic and impactful relationships within the community.Angel studied Psychology at both The University of Alabama at Birmingham and Ashford University, earned an Associate’s Degree in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork from Virginia College, and studied Biology at Life University. Her educational and professional experiences have cultivated a people-first approach rooted in compassion, communication, and service. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Angel has proudly called Georgia home for nearly two decades and is deeply passionate about serving and uplifting others, especially children and youth. Affectionately known as “TeeTee Angel” to her nieces, nephews, and the young people she mentors, Angel values compassion, encouragement, and creating spaces where others feel seen, valued, and supported. Outside of her professional and community involvement, Angel enjoys spending time with her beloved French Bulldog, Zoe, who she proudly considers her baby. Angel remains committed to building authentic relationships and strengthening connections that positively impact both businesses and the broader community.
