Leadership Clayton Session

Leadership Clayton is the Chamber?s premier community leadership development program designed to cultivate informed, engaged, and connected leaders. Through a series of monthly sessions, participants gain a deeper understanding of Clayton County?s key sectors ? including government, education, economic development, public safety, and healthcare ? while building lasting relationships with fellow leaders and decision-makers.
Each session combines experiential learning, behind-the-scenes tours, and facilitated discussions with regional experts. The program equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and network to lead effectively and make a positive impact across the community.
