At House of Dawn, we now offer Workforce and Affordable Housing options right here in Clayton County—designed specifically for local workers and families who are often priced out of the communities they serve. These programs can be a valuable resource for your employees, particularly those in essential roles like education, retail, public safety, and more.

We currently have housing available, and our eligibility requirements are flexible. We offer:

• Rental rates aligned with 60–120% Area Median Income (AMI)
• Eviction forgiveness
• Credit score eligibility starting at 580
• Earn 2x the rent
• Transportation support through our Wheels to Work car rental program
