To ensure a successful partnership, we kindly request some information from you. Firstly, we would appreciate knowing the number of units you have available for lease. Additionally, please let us know the number of bedrooms within each unit, as this will help us match families appropriately.
In terms of requirements, it would be helpful to understand any specific criteria you have for potential tenants, such as credit scores, income thresholds, or references. This will assist us in identifying families that meet your rental criteria.
Lastly, we would like to know the cost and terms of a 12-month lease for your units. This information will enable us to accurately assess the financial feasibility for the families we aim to assist.
