How to Decorate on a Budget

This 8-session course is designed for the person who wants a grand look on a modest budget and doesn't mind doing some of the work to achieve their goal. We will explore general design elements and techniques and devote most of the class time on applying this knowledge in one room of each participants' house or apartment. The goal is for the participant to complete the plan and hopefully the execution of the room they want to transform.
