As a veteran HR professional with over 13 years? HR management experience, Melissa Oglesby serves as an HR Account Manager with Impact Outsourcing Solutions. In this role, Melissa assists many of Impact Outsourcing?s clients by helping them navigate wide-range of HR rules, regulations, and challenges they encounter in business. Melissa is an active member of the National SHRM Association and the Griffin Area Employer Committee through the Georgia Department of Labor.
 
Todd Feltman is president of Impact Outsourcing Solutions. Todd has a comprehensive background in the professional employer organization (PEO) industry, staffing industry, and contingent workforce management industry. As the leader of the Impact Outsourcing team, Todd works with clients to identify and address their workforce challenges through Impact's array of HR services, providing clients with HR, benefits, and workforce management solutions. Todd is actively involved in the Griffin Exchange Club, serves as trustee for the Southern Crescent Technical College Foundation, and is a board member for Saint George's Episcopal School.
 
​Tekethia Williams directs the operational efforts of the Griffin, McDonough and Thomaston Express Employment Professionals locations. She is a veteran recruiter and spends her days serving Express clients by providing a variety of people solutions, ranging from temporary help to contract and direct hire solutions. Tekethia is a member of the Henry Co. SHRM and the Henry Co. Chamber of Commerce.
 
Wanda Shaw, owner of Insurance Brokers of Georgia, has been an employee benefits broker for over 28 years. Wanda?s extensive knowledge and skilled understanding of medical and employee benefits makes her an invaluable asset to both employees and employers.
