2016 Regional Business Employer Summit

The summits are designed to meet the needs of managers, human resources professionals, business owners, and supervisors seeking practical guidance and real world tips for handling the toughest management and compliance challenges and who want to operate effectively within the legal climate that is affecting the 2016 workplace.

In this year's half-day “Employers In the Know” crash course, attendees will:

• Meet and hear from Commissioner of Labor Mark Butler as he shares valuable information on current GDOL initiatives and programs.
• Receive information from a Labor Law expert including practical tips on how to avoid DOL investigations and costly Wage and Hour litigation.
• Learn about the Unemployment Insurance System in Georgia and get an accelerated course on Tax, Benefits and Appeals information.
• Discover how to use Social Media to make their business more profitable and get a better understanding of its benefits.

$40 early bird registration – ends one week prior to the event date
$50 after early bird registration ends or at the door 

All Summits will be 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and lunch will be provided.

Recertification credits (3.75) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) are pending approval.
