2016 Primary Elections Candidate Questionnaires

The Clayton County Chamber of Commerce exists to promote business growth and enhance the overall business climate for a prosperous Clayton County. Through our public policy initiatives, we inform our members and the public on important issues affecting the business community.

The Chamber is providing questionnaires to candidates seeking office in contested races for the May 24th Primary Elections. Through our questionnaire process, we are offering candidates the opportunity to communicate their perspective on business-related issues. In turn, business and industry leaders as well as voters can review and utilize the questionnaires to learn more about the candidates in preparation for the elections. No changes will be made to the returned questionnaires, and they will be posted as received. The questionnaires will be posted by the end of April 2016.

We encourage you to be an informed voter as your vote makes a difference for our community. To view a sample ballot, that includes contested and uncontested races, early voting location information, and other election details, visit the Georgia Secretary of State website at https://www.mvp.sos.ga.gov/MVP/mvp.do. The Clayton County Chamber of Commerce does not endorse candidates.
