Leadership ClaytonDo you ever wonder… "Why do some counties do more than others?"
Do you ever look around and think… "I wish I had known about that?"
Do you ever ask… "Who is responsible for that?"
If so, now is the time to stop wondering and start acting! Each year Leadership Clayton engages emerging leaders in a nine-month program that broadens their knowledge of the issues, sharpen their leadership skills, and challenges themselves and others to seek solutions to the issues affecting our communities. Leadership Clayton's goal is a simple one.Create an active network of informed, concerned citizens to guide the future of our communities.
Leadership Clayton encourages people to become trustees of their communities, to become leadership resources and to work for the common good by working and learning together to enhance their leadership skills and broaden their knowledge of community issues. Through "hands on" interaction with key county and regional leaders, participants explore the issues affecting our communities and the resources available to address those issues. Leadership Clayton prepares citizens of diverse backgrounds for civic leadership. Are you ready to "Get In The Game?"This is YOUR opportunity to get involved in Clayton County, make a difference in our future and meet other community leaders.
