Matt Clark | short Professional Bio Matt Clark is a chief financial officer that specializes in the transportation and logistics industries. He has over 20 years of experience in privately-held, Fortune 500 and Big Four firms serving industrial services, manufacturing and logistics businesses. His work helps small and medium-sized business owners realize increased value in their companies. He focuses on operating finance issues, debt and equity financing and cash flow management. Prior to his CFO advisory work, Mr. Clark spent most of his career at GE in progressively senior finance roles from controller to divisional CFO within the Energy division. Prior to GE, Mr. Clark worked on financial, operational and compliance projects around the globe for W.R. Grace & Co., a specialty chemicals manufacturing business. He started his career at Ernst & Young in the corporate tax group working with manufacturing and consumer products companies. Mr. Clark’s experiences cover treasury, controllership, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, due diligence and business valuation. He has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting and a MBA from the University of Georgia. He also is a CPA.
